Neither organizations nor time can get managed in a wider perspective, the only thing human being can manage is itself.
As soon as specialists and special knowledge are bundled within a company, processes structured and manuals writen, sources of disruption occur, unforseen events fill the daily agenda. Entropy* becomes evident and disables more and more of an organisation. Time seems to be missing, failure controls the work flow. Employees exasperate, processes stop working. On a physical, as well as on mental and on a spiritual levels of business 'disorganisation' grows inexorably.
I offer consultancy services to organisations as well as to individuals who deal with the issue of increasing entropy and offer them an approach to their personal solution. This way I can outline a holistic management concept, using classical organisational and time management as well as general psychotherapy and counselling.
